Exceptional hotel with friendly staff, but the ceiling near the window was low in our room.

Perfect location near main attractions, newly renovated rooms, spacious and comfortable bathrooms

Heavy chairs that rumble loudly when moved can disturb other guests!!! The heavy doors are a struggle to open, especially for older guests!!! Instructions for room amenities are lacking, causing confusion about the air conditioning and other services!!!

The room had a nice setup, but the beds slid apart at night.

Indulging in the delicious pastries from nearby Cafe Felix was a heavenly experience, and the food at Fontana? Pure magic! Plus, the location couldn't be more perfect for exploring, just a short stroll to all the vibrant spots.

Though our twin beds had a mind of their own, sliding apart when we snuggled in, and the breakfast was a bit far for our coffee fix, the city views kept us smiling every morning.

During my visit, the room felt cramped for the price I paid. The air conditioning was difficult to operate, adding unnecessary stress to my experience. I encountered noise disturbances from slamming doors that disrupted my sleep consistently, a frustrating issue that the hotel seemed aware of but didn't resolve.

Had an awesome stay at Elaya Hotel! Super clean room with modern decor, comfy beds, and a fantastic walk-in shower. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, too. Just wish there was a bit more space to unpack my suitcase!

However, the air conditioning could use improvement, as it didn't keep the room as cool as expected, and there were issues with noise from nearby streets at times.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was just a quick walk to the main railway station, and the room was both modern and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere with a great view. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to start the day right. However, the shower pressure could be improved for a more refreshing experience.
